Back to the Mary Pierce Sampler and One Wacky Adam!

Now that I have finished my first letter on the PS ABC Project, I have a little time before I start the next one (January 15th). So, I picked up my Mary Pierce 1770 Sampler again and started stitching! I stitched up Adam....Isn't he the wackiest! Don't you just love those eyebrows and fig-leafy thing! He looks a little knobby-kneed, too! I always get a kick out of the Adam and Eves on old samplers, don't you?

I love Adam!! He may be a little quirky, but I love him. So much so, that I'm going to have to order the pattern (well, not right away), but it's on my list. Can't wait to see more progress.

Poor Adam - he has had a rough time of it in those old samplers. Your first letter of the PS ABC looks great.

Hello, thanks for stopping by my blog. It's nice to meet you. I love your Mary Pierce. If I've seen that one before, I must have overlooked her. Now, I think I need to stitch it, too. I've stitched a few odd looking Adams on some A&E's. In their own way, they add such charm to the sampler.
